This lovely, rustic farm house is authentic Kansas. You'll wonder if Oz is next for you! The landscape is as flat as can be making a huge sky to watch in the morning, evening and all night long. For star gazing, light pollution is minimal but this is not a true "dark sky" location - close though. The quietness and peacefulness of this property are amazing. It is easy to hear nothing but wildlife for an hour or more. The property has everything any sized group would need. WiFi is strong and everything works. This is a nice peaceful getaway from anywhere urban.

Been here 3 years running! Always like "coming home"! Open space is always appreciated and beautiful to look at!

Caleb helped shovel the walkways and had someone run a plough in the driveway when a snowstorm dropped 5 inches on us. The house is as described and I find it very comfortable. Sunsets are great from the porch.
