Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato nel cuore di Centocelle, una zona ricca di locali, ristoranti e qualsiasi attività commerciale. Ben collegato con il centro città in 25 minuti, sito a 3 minuti dalla fermata Gardenie della Metro C. Adatto a famiglie, coppie, amici e lavoratori per soggiorni di breve o media durata. Self Check-in. L'appartamento è adatto per un massimo di 4 persone e si suddivide in: una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio e cassettiera; un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, TV e tavolo da pranzo o da lavoro; un bagno con doccia e dotato di lavatrice (quest'ultima a pagamento, 5€ ad uso); una cucina attrezzata con frigorifero, una macchina da caffè Nespresso e tutto il necessario per cucinare; un piccolo balcone con tavolino. Sono inoltre presenti Wi-Fi gratuito, tapparelle elettriche e l'aria condizionata nelle due stanze principali.

Modernes Apartment, komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber mit der Metro, Straßenbahn und diversen Buslinien vor der Tür ist die Innenstadt und alle typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in 30 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Ausgleich wohnt man in einem ruhigen Stadtteil abseits der Touristenströme. Nette Weinstube direkt gegenüber, Bars, Cafés, Eisdiele, Weinhandlung, lokale Spezialitäten, Apotheke, Haushaltswaren, alles was man braucht in 500 m Umkreis! Und das alles zu angenehmen Preisen. Zum Vergleich: Im angesagten Travastevere haben wir für das Abendessen (2×Pizza, 4 Gläser Wein, Wasser, 2 x Espresso) 75,- € bezahlt. Im Restaurant im Viertel der Wohnung für ein vergleichbares Essen gerade mal 40,- €! Falls wir wieder einmal nach Rom kommen sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen wieder hier unterzukommen!

Le logement prévu par Andréa est très spacieux et propre. lit très confortable. cuisine un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. machine à café Nespresso. Pour 4 personnes est top. Emplacement : le quartier est un peu excentré du centre historique mais accesible Grace a son arrêt de métro à 3 minutes. comptez 25 minutes pour arriver à Termini,40 pour le Colisée/ Trevi. a côté de l'appartement il y a un centre commercial pour faire les courses,parfait.
La estancia en este alojamiento ha sido muy buena, estaba muy limpio y ordenado, cercano al metro y todo perfecto. Volvería a repetir sin duda ❤️
Loved our stay in Andrea’s home! Apartment is near the metro and bus stations. Very clean and it has an elevator so we didnt have to carry our luggage all the way to the 2nd floor. Check in and getting into the apartment is also a breeze! It was hard to understand when it was sent to me but when I got to the door, it was clearer to me. We’ll choose this place again if we come to Rome! Thank you again to the wonderful host! ♥️

Il quartiere Centocelle è ben servito da attività commerciali di vario tipo (centro commerciale Primavera, supermercati, farmacie, banche, bar, ecc.), oltre a molteplici ristoranti, fast food e locali nei quali trascorrere una piacevole serata.
Il centro città è ottimamente collegato sia con la Metro C (fermata Gardenie) sia con i tram 5 (per Stazione Termini) e 19 (per Villa Borghese), oltre a diversi autobus che passano sotto casa.
Il parcheggio è gratuito su strada in tutto il quartiere. E' disponibile un'autorimessa (a pagamento) a 50 metri dall'appartamento.
