The listing said to text Holly to get access to the apt, but when I did, I never heard back. Instead, eventually I went into a check-in office with a large television in a tiny room, and a remote check in attendant. None of this was explained in the accommodation description. It was fine. But not what I was told to do in the check-in email. Secondly, the place I rented had a maintenance issue, and instead of being honest about it I was told that the cleaning staff was running behind and was asked to wait for an hour in the car, while they finished. When I returned back to the empty office with the weird television/zoom connection check in person, a different, and considerably nicer and more communicative check-in person told me that the place was unusable and they would move us to another accommodation. So I never stayed in this place, yet AirBnB is requiring that I rate it in order to tell you about the check in SNAFU. Whatever. The other place we stayed in was very nice.
