Wir hatten fantastische fünf Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft. Der Wohnbereich mit der großen Terrasse und privatem Pool ist ein Traum. Besonders hatten wir die tolle Ausstattung der Küche geliebt. Der Blender macht die perfekten Smoothies :) Scharfe Messer, Limettenpresse, riesiger Kühl & Gefrierschrank etc. Klar entwickelt sich Tulum derzeit massiv und wirklich überall wird gebaut, was natürlich nicht ganz ohne Baulärm passiert. Die Unterkunft ist aber perfekt zum entspannen, weshalb uns die Baustelle nebenan nicht gestört hat. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Straße zur Unterkunft ca. 1km noch nicht geteert ist und der Schotterweg recht abenteuerlich sein kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
The place is nice and looks just like the photos! Living room and bedrooms are very spacious. However, the road to get to the place is the worst, sometimes it’s blocked due to construction and lots of crazy potholes. Also the electricity and water went out for couple of hours in the whole building with no explanation.
Super große und moderne Wohnung, die sehr sauber und ordentlich war. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass der private Pool etwas wenig Wasser hatte. Auf unser Nachfragen wurde uns zugesagt, dass jemand kommt um diesen aufzufüllen. Leider kam in der gesamten Aufenthaltszeit niemand zum Auffüllen des Wassers. Dennoch können wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in was straight forward and easy. The place is absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious, clean and well decorated. It’s located about 10-12 mins from Tulum beach which is full of really nice restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, boutiques with lots to do. The Penthouse is in a really nice complex with 24 hour security. There are 3 pools you can use including your own private one on your terrace. We lost power on our first day and it took the better part of the day to come back however we never ended up getting our wifi connection back so we were without wifi the majority of our stay. Be aware that Aldea Zama is notorious for losing power. The pool was a bit dirty but our host, Nury, had it cleaned once I told him. Nury was responsive most of the time and made an effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We received a late check out to make up for the inconveniences we had experienced. I’d recommended having a means of transportation.
