Beautiful studio apartment located in the heart of the Clarence Hollow. Steps away from the Rails to Trails bike path! Easy walking distance to Farmers Market held every Saturday. Only steps away from several amazing restaurants, as well as the Clarence Town Park! This is also a great stay when visiting other sights in the region. We are 20 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Buffalo, 40 minutes from Niagara Falls, and only 10 minutes from the I-90.

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place, it's nicely updated, esp the bthrm The bed is comfy and has nice bed linens The water pressure's good Plenty of towels are provided Parking is very easy and convenient Coffee pot provided, (but not coffee, so bring your own ...) The listing is located in the cute small town of Clarence Hollow, where one can walk to local brewery and mkt, but since the listing is located at an intersection, there was some light traffic noise The Wifi wasn’t working when we arrived, we had to diagnose and contact host Daniel, who in turn contacted the ISP and the issue was resolved quickly Overall, we had a very good stay at Daniel's place!
Lovely location and charming. I appreciated the very nearby parking spot out back. Self-check-in was perfect for a late arrival and very detailed instructions with photos which was brilliant, thank you
Visiting family from out of town and was looking for a little spot to stay and get away at the end of the day. Daniel's place is clean and quaint. In the Clarence Hollow, right on the strip. Walkable to some great restaurants. Daniel was quick to respond and flexible with our stay.

Neighborhood Description:
The Clarence Hollow is a perfect mix of quiet and entertaining.
There are numerous highly recommended restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Walk or drive to This Little Pig, The Hollow Bistro & Cafe, The Humbert House, Goodrich Coffee & Tea, Kennedy's Cove, Westshore Brewing Company, Brazen Brewery, and many others.
Other activities include The Great Pumpkin Farm, Clarence Farmers Market, Antique World Market, Buffalo Bad Axes, Clarence Town Park, Tillman Road Wildlife Walking Trail, and other seasonal events in the area.
Parking is in the rear of the building. There is a 3-spot blacktop pad for guests. There is also on-street parking spots directly in front of the property. There is also street parking on the side of the building, directly beside the studio.
