Clean and very nice room! Great location and the pool area was spacious and peaceful. Ayed was friendly and helpful and even went so far to give me a bowl of the homemade soup he was preparing. A very tasty dish from his homeland! We felt right and home!

Ayed was the definition of super host. Greeted me at the door and offered to help with any luggage I had. Showed me right to my room which was beautiful and accurate from the pictures. I'm a large guy so the king size was perfect for me and a big factor to why I stayed here. Clean bathroom fully furnished with linens and toiletries. Extra on a table just outside the door should you need. beautiful pool and back patio fully decked out with a pizza oven, grill and other awesome amenities perfect for any occasion. Ayed was very personable and friendly and had very engaging conversation when you wanted it but also respected my privacy and gave me free space to do my own thing as well. Best host in Austin hands down. if you're needing a place in South Austin don't loo anywhere else.

Sure is an amazing host.. the amenities are top notch. Location is perfect for work travers.. I hope it is available on my next trip to Austin.
