Pooh’s home in Pak Kret is the perfect retreat for larger groups. It’s extremely spacious and has 7 big bedrooms, making everyone feel as if they have their own master bedroom. Some rooms have two beds, but with a house this big there’s not much more you can ask for! It’s in a gated subdivision of three identical units. If this is your first time visiting Bangkok it’s important to know that Pak Kret is about 20-30minutes from the city without traffic. This is not an issue when returning home after a long night out in the city, but be aware of Bangkok’s heavy traffic between 7am-8pm. The commute to the city during these hours can reach up to 1-1.5 hours, so definitely plan ahead with this in mind. There may be other options closer to the city that are available, but for the dates of our stay none of the other options compared to the size, amenities and value that Pooh’s home offered. She was also extremely helpful in providing tips, recommendations and booking a van for our day trip to Ayutthaya, which is closer to Pak Kret than it is to the city. I recommend flying into Don Mueang Airport if possible, as it is much closer to this home than Suvarnabhumi. Cheers!

Very nice place. Spacious and modern. Wifi is a little slow, but I'm sure it will be upgraded soon. Our group had an excellent visit.

The host is very helpful - timely responses, helped us organized our trip before & during our stay. Their English is really good so we have no problem in communication at all. The condition of the house is average, but the help of the host makes it worth the money. Good staying experience.
