You will have access to a queen size bed, a private living space with a recliner couch and pull out bed, a dining table for eating, lots of closet space, a dresser for storing your clothes, 2 tvs with free hbo max, Disney & Netflix. You also have your own private full bathroom and laundry unit en suite. We provide you with all fresh linens upon check in as well as a clean, sanitized and beautiful room. For security & peace of mind, each room is equipped with a keypad. You are provided with your own individual code unique to you and only you so that all your valuables and items are protected inside your room. We do also provide safes upon request at a small extra cost if you'd like to add extra security for your belongings (not necessary at all. (Our home and neighborhood is 5 star on safety but I like to let guests know their options) Some other amenities we can provide upon request at a small extra fee are air mattresses for extra guests. This house is in a good area however you get what you pay for. We stayed in the basement unit for a weekend. It is semifinished so you have to walk through the unfinished laundry room to get to the bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom are pretty nice. The basement living area looks pretty rough. At nighttime, the guest upstairs would walk in the middle of the night and unfortunately it was very loud in the basement. You can hear each step and it wakes you up from your deep sleep. Similarly, some guests would be in and out during the day/night and would slam the door each time which would make the basement literally shake. I did let Rosa know about it but not much changed. This is a good place to stay if you don't mind loud noises and partly unfinished basement.

We are smack-dab in the middle of the three best rated suburbs in the metro Detroit area. We share an equal distance to Westland, Plymouth and Livonia. The home is off a main road loaded in shops, grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies and food stops. You'll barely need a car when here. We are within walking distance to essentials and a short drive to work.

We are just 30 minutes from downtown Detroit where are you can catch a Detroit Pistons basketball game, a Detroit Lions football game, or if you're into hockey, we've got that too! We are equal distance to Ann Arbor, home of the University of Michigan. Ann Arbor is a beautiful college town where you can experience a homey food scene with lots of exciting things to do or you can catch a game at the university of Michigan while also enjoying the calmness of one of the best suburbs.
