A spacious modern barn home with 10 acres of land on a hill in Stone Ridge. The home features a large deck, a screen porch, a media room, a wood-burning fireplace and a Modpool (a pool made from a shipping container with aquarium glass on one side). Woodland Retreat is a brand-new home with all of the modern touches you love and all of the character you crave. This home is warm and inviting–perfect for a quick getaway or extended family trip, work retreat or wellness refuge. The home features a gorgeous and expansive kitchen, perfect for entertaining and making memories with family and friends. It includes a center island with breakfast bar seating; ample countertops for prepping, all-new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean up. The living room is anchored by enormous windows that shower the room with light and views of the surrounding greenery. The room, with its double stacked windows features a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating to gather around and enjoy. There is a first-floor office off of the living room for anyone looking to WFH while they visit. The bedrooms include: Primary bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom (rain shower, soaking tub) and walk in closet Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Bedroom 3: Queen size bed There is an additional guest bathroom on the first and second floor as well as a bathroom with a shower in the basement. Basement: Features everything you need to entertain yourselves–including a shuffleboard table, cozy couch and Smart TV. Outside, there is a Weber gas grill available, outdoor seating and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. We had the most wonderful stay at Woodland Retreat! The home looks exactly like the photos, if not more beautiful. The home is so well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The kitchen has every type of appliance, cookware, dining ware, and more, and the whole home is furnished so beautifully with high end decor and furniture. The house felt like a home! We were with our kids and were so thrilled to see kid-friendly dishes and cutlery, a brand new Stokke high chair, a pack’n’play and lots of gates by the deck stairs and the pool. This gave us a lot of peace of mind so we could really enjoy our time with our kids. The pool was such a great feature for our family! It’s fully fenced in with a locking gate so we felt really safe with the kids and thoroughly enjoyed the water. Mary, Vanessa, and the whole management staff were super responsive before and during our trip - it felt like a true white glove experience start to finish.

Beautiful, brand new home in a secluded area! Great for friends getting together, with or without kids. Three bedrooms upstairs, including one master with big closet and en-suite bathroom. Dream kitchen with every appliance you can think of -- a few coffee makers, cocktail set, pots, pants, electric stove. Very thoughtful design, cleaning supplies, even has a Stokke High Chair! Great open mudroom to leave snowy jackets, strollers, bags, etc. We were two couples with two babies under 1 year and felt very comfortable. Just note the stairs are new wood and slipper, and open slots. We created a barrier for the downward staircase as precaution. Comfy TV room and massive couch in the basement, bocci. The backyard looks stunning, as well as the pool (we went in winter). Run like a hotel, responsive team on text. Make sure you have code to enter before exiting car -- they answered within a few min. Overall great for any season!
Beautiful place! Would highly recommend again. Although would ask ahead for directions as I was left lost throughout the night unable to check in as their support went unresponsive. They did remedy the issue and provide a refund for the night.
