I hope you like coffee, because I have a ton of it! Your own private bathroom for privacy. You are free to use the living room, or chill in your own room to relax after a fun day in Nashville. Huge Fenced-in backyard for lounging. Got some exercise equipment in the backyard to use too! 5 minutes from the airport for easy travel! A large home with 100% updated, high quality features and amenities. The room is on your own side of the house with your own bathroom. Large backyard for hanging out and entertaining. Chefs kitchen and nice laundry room.

very clean and quiet , good area
The place was clean and matched the description. Definitely would recommend to others. Had fun playing with Sammie (dog). Felt right at home.
Troy’s place was conveniently located close to the airport, had a comfortable bed, clean restroom, and he was a hospitable host.
Troy is my favorite airbnb host. I always stay with him if possible. My dog RJ and him are buddies. I consider Troy's my Nashville home. I totally feel at home and I usually only spend time in my room to sleep. He is awesome!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great place to go on nice walks. The neighborhood is also very safe
Very suburban neighborhood with mostly brick homes and large yards. Unlimited amount of parking. I have a large driveway to fit any vehicles
