Spent two peaceful nights at this gorgeous Lal Lal property and am already trying to find time in my diary to come back. Susan created a stunning and thoughtful space where you can take in the beautiful surroundings with all of the best amenities. I could not think of a more ideal property to settle into and enjoy the best of regional Victoria.
What an absolutely gorgeous cabin in lovely surrounds. A peaceful and calming stay in a beautifully done-up cabin on a cute and private block. Well-equipped kitchen a bonus. Easy to find the roos if you go for an afternoon wander!
On one side, I want to gatekeep this amazing place to myself so I can keep visiting it without having to worry about others booking it out 😂, on the other hand I want everyone to know how amazing it is! Unquestionably the best airbnb I've come across, my partner and I loved the interiors (perfect for all your insta reels and what not!), the cozy feeling indoors, the cute little attic, the furnishing, and basically just about everything! Its a hidden gem at the moment, but it deserves to be publicly known as one of the best in the area. Don't be shy over the lack of reviews, the place is fresh and unexplored, this is the spot to go to for a secluded, private getaway. My partner and I even had a cute picnic in the - rather massive - backyard, cute basket and blanket supplied by Susan herself! Go ahead and book this place, I promise you will not be disappointed! Already made plans to come back here again, that should speak volumes!

The tiny town of Lal Lal is about 3km from the property. Here you’ll discover two historic treasures - the bluestone train station and a water tower that serviced the steam engines. Lal Lal also has its own pub, but be aware this is currently closed whilst undergoing renovation.
The property is surrounded by quiet dirt roads, so a morning walk, run or ride is likely to encounter more magpies than motor vehicles.
A short drive away is Lal Lal Falls, where you’ll appreciate why the local indigenous peoples gave this region the name Lal Lal, meaning ‘rushing waters’.
In the charming town of Buninyong, about 10 minutes away by car, you.ll have access to a supermarket, fuel station, ATM, pub and a small number of cafes, takeaways, restaurants and shops.
