Top quality apartment, located in the heart of the city of Palma, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. You have two fantastic terraces, where you will find a large table to eat outside and a large sofa to relax on the roofs of the old town and the La Lonja area. Distances from the accommodation: -Beach: 1.5 km. -Palma Congress Palace: 1.8 km. -Palma de Mallorca City Hall: 600 meters -Mallorca Cathedral: 400 meters. -Bus stop: 100 meters. -Airport: 10 km. -Golf course: 4.8 km. The house is located on the third floor and is accessed by stairs, it has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. On the upper floor you will find the living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV; and the kitchen, fully equipped with: refrigerator, ceramic hob and all the appliances necessary for your stay, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, kettle, etc. On the access floor, there are two independent rooms, both with a double bed (150x190) and both with bathrooms with shower en suite and with all the necessary toiletries (gel and shampoo, toilet paper, disposable tissues, etc.), in addition one set of towels per person. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and we have the necessary cribs and high chairs for the little ones' stay (upon request).

I was appalled by the foul odors that came from the bathrooms. Obviously there is something seriously wrong with the plumbing. We made the caretaker aware of this but he could do nothing. Clearly the flat should not be let in this state and was totally overpriced by any measure.
