Berta nous a accueilli à un horaire tardif à notre arrivée, avec le sourire et elle a pris le temps de nous montrer la villa en détails. Carlos de son côté a été un hôte très sympathique et nous a donné de très belles adresses de restaurants typiques toujours excellents. Il s'est aussi montré très réactif, agréable et efficace sur toutes nos demandes durant le séjour et toujours avec gentillesse et humour. Il nous a offert aussi un "late departure" qui nous a permis de profiter de la maison jusqu'à notre départ. La villa est pleine de charme et proche du centre ville et du quartier de Santa Catalina (10-15 minutes à pieds) et dotée d'une très belle piscine "chauffée" ce qui nous a permis d'en profiter fin février ! Bref un super plan que je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci @Carlos et @Berta!

We loved staying in the Villa son Mas. Great location, cool decor, very helpful communication, nice pool, lots of fun areas for people to hang out in the house.

We were 4 families of 4 traveling from the US ( 8 adults/ 8 kids) First, I’ll start with the positives: communication with Tom prior to arrival was great as was communication with Berta once we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which is bigger than we anticipated as well as the outdoor courtyard where we ate and congregated throughout the day. The adults stayed in the 4 bedrooms in the main house and the kids in the adjacent house which worked well for us. Although it’s a very busy area, the neighborhood is really quiet and a mile from Old Town. The negatives: the house is really rustic. We knew we were renting a traditional Spanish villa but IMO the pictures don’t accurately depict just how rustic it is. Our bathroom was similar to a campground, concrete floor and cheap plastic shower curtain. The dryer didn’t work and the accommodations in the adjacent building are similar to a college dorm. All in all, we made it work and had a nice stay but I wouldn’t rent again.

A Beautiful Villa, with wonderful outside areas for relaxing, cooking and dinning, and a fabulous pool. 8 bedrooms, all with either en suites or close access to a main bathroom. A well stacked wine cellar (at very reasonable prices). A very responsive and helpful host.
