It has separate toilet and bathroom to allow multiple people to use the facilities simultaneously; one person can use the toilet without restricting access to the bathroom for others who need to use it. A wraparound balcony with table and chairs, and a car garage that can fit two cars are also on this level. The second level has three bedrooms and a family room. There is no bathroom on this level. The basement has a separate entrance and has its own living room, dining room, kitchenette, toilet and bath, and two bedrooms; perfect for guests who work remotely and need a separate place or for those who just want to be private and separate from their companions.
