Have fun with the whole gang at this stylish home. This 2-story 3/2.5 home is in a quiet neighborhood in Ellenwood, GA, Clayton Co & is MARTA accessible. It is close to I-675, I-285 & I-75. It can accommodate 6 guests. It’s fully stocked & has been updated to make your stay comfortable. It has a large yard. You’ll enjoy the decor, safety features in the smart locks, alarm system, & the Allerease pillow & mattress protectors, to prevent allergens & bed bugs. *See the house rules & fees.* The en suite has a king size bed, double sinks, w/separate tub & shower. It has a 50” smart TV. The 2 secondary bedrooms each have queen size beds & share a full hallway bathroom. The front (larger) secondary bedroom has a 43 in Amazon Fire TV that adjusts full motion. The back (smaller) secondary bedroom has a 40 in TCL smart TV. There is a half bathroom downstairs. The LR furniture seats 5-6 people. It has a 55” smart TV that can adjust full motion. The dining room has seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked w/pots, pans, silverware, glassware, cooking, & serving utensils & dishes. It is equipped w/ a new refrigerator & dishwasher. It has a gas stove. There’s a new microwave, drip coffee pot, coffee supplies & tea, a blender, mixer, & toaster. There’s new a Samsung washer & dryer in the laundry area.

Great place for a family to stay! Easy to access and a good location outside of Atlanta. The place was very clean and the furniture and home features were updated and well-maintained. We had enough space to spread out after a long day together - especially in the spacious main bedroom. There were many places to shop nearby, including a Tanger outlet mall. One thing to keep in mind if you book this Airbnb is to read the house manual in advance to prepare for your stay. The house manual includes helpful notes on some basic items you may want to bring with you depending on your needs and length of stay including extra kitchen trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, coffee, etc. I made the mistake of not reading these notes in advance and had I done so, I would have likely brought or purchased: at least one more kitchen trash bag, a few more laundry pods, and more coffee grounds/creamer/sugar. Felecia was a great host and her communication response time was great! Highly recommend.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is close to shopping, dining, the airport, & downtown. I-675, I-75, & I-285 are easily accessible to this home.
Ellenwood is close to Clayton State University, Fort Gillem, Southlake Mall, Clayton Co. International Park, The Beach at Clayton Co International Park, Starlight Drive-in & Flea Market, & Tanger Outlet.
There is free parking on-site in the driveway & on the street. The house is within 1-2 blocks of a MARTA bus stop.
