There were a few hiccups with the place initially as it was still being renovated when I booked the unit. Mary was very responsive and the problems were addressed. I stayed for a month while my house was being built. The neighborhood is great with numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Minimal problems with panhandling for an urban area. I will miss this location.
