This cosy guesthouse has 2 spacious bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 double bed. It is entirely self-contained with its own driveway access and free parking. It is peacefully located in a cul-de-sac which makes it family-friendly and child-safe. This newly renovated guesthouse is only 2 minutes from the beautiful and lush Riverway Lagoons, a new city Library, a cafe and a major shopping/grocery centre. It is 5 minutes from the JCU university and Townsville Hospital.

Perfect spot close to amenities
Grace's place was very clean and recently renovated. There was plenty of space and the area is quiet. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc but there are lots of options within walking distance.

Lovely accommodation, all new and very clean.
If Traveling for work, it’s fit for purpose. Location might require the guest to have a mode of transport. The hosts are very helpful and clear in communication. Internally, the place is clean and freshly renovated. The aircons however are outdated and make some noise, however if that sort of thing doesn’t bother the guest, then you won’t be disappointed. For the value, the pricing is slightly more than I would have wanted to pay, but if travelling for business, it’s good value with moderate personal space.
