Jo was an excellent host, responding quickly to messages and helped us retrieve an item of clothing with no bother. One of the best Airbnb hosts we've interacted with. The location was perfect for us, great walking track around the complex; clean and free swimming pools a two minute walk; and shopping centre and restaurants close by. The very clean apartment had all we wanted, fully stocked cupboards and drawers, nice balcony for morning coffee, comfortable sofa and great shower. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and bedroom. Although during school holidays, there was no impact of noise from neighbouring apartments. The bed is the only thing that let the apartment down. Although a king size, the mattress was hard and the bed shook terribly with partner disturbance. We felt every turn and movement each other made so did not have a good sleep at all.

Really fantastic location with beautiful views of the Ross River, nearby shopping centre and free swimming pool 2 minutes away (which we utilised).

Jo and the unit were amazing, the road to Townsville was cut off due to flooding, but Jo was more than accommodating in sorting out a late check-in. Unit was perfect for location, cleanliness etc. I definitely hope to stay again.
