The apartment was very dirty! Especially the floors, they weren't cleaned for a long time and left dirt and blackness on our feet and socks. Even after we complained the cleaning lady came and just sweeped the floors but it was still so dirty our feet/socks kept turning black and the floor was sticky. The toilet would not flush and had to wait a few days and complain twice to get someone to fix it. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The kitchenette has nothing to actually cook with and no utensils. Basically the whole place is not maintained, and definitely not for a family with little kids. Also I don’t think the owner realizes that mostly people who will stay here are pilgrims in Makkah, his choice of certain pictures on the walls are completely haram (beer pictures/merry Christmas/faces).

شقة داخل عمارة سكنية (بحي الرصيفة) جميلة وراقية ونظيفة ومهتمين بأدق التفاصيل ، وقريبة جدا من محطة قطار الحرمين ،ومضيف أكثر من رائع ومتجاوب ، سمح لنا بالدخول المبكر والخروج المتأخر، وسوف تكون وجهتي القادمة عندنا أزور مكة بإذن الله.

The place is beautiful and comfortable .. A very kind, helpful, and welcoming host! In addition, the location is excellent, with restaurants and access roads nearby. Definitely recommend!
