It was our first experience with Ms. Bayan and we are really glad to have such a great and friendly host. Due to uncertain circumstances we got a problem for water supply due to brokage of pipeline but Ms. Bayan handled it very perfectly and we got one additional room also with current one so we can take bath etc and can use both rooms and she didn't ask for any additional charges for that. There is very safe private parking for your vehicle as well. We highly recommend and اِنشااللّه we will come back soon and book the same suite as well. Thank you Ms. Bayan to being for such supportive and responsive.

I recently stayed at Bayan's place for a trip to Umrah and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of the hotel was perfect, being away from Masjid al Haram to avoid the busy crowds and the very expensive prices during Ramadan. This made it very convenient for me to attend prayers and perform my Umrah without any hassle.
 One of the best things about Bayan's place was their shuttle service to the Haram. This was a huge relief as I did not have to worry about finding transportation or getting lost in the busy streets of Mecca. The shuttle service was punctual and always available, which made my stay even more comfortable. Bear in mind to leave early as many roads are closed close to the prayer times.

The hotel itself was as described- clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb property and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The communication with the host was seamless, making the whole booking process stress-free.
