Beautiful apartment in the lower level of a mid century cape home . Owners are available to assist with anything you may need or are happy to leave you at peace. Minutes drive to downtown. Directly across the street from bike path, golfing, cross country ski trails, sledding, UVM and a pool club with day passes. We have recently updated floors, furniture, paint, windows and decor so everything is fresh and new. Large back yard with chimenea and seating just outside your door.

Nice place, conveniently located to downtown Burlington and South Burlington, while being quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean with on- site laundry, a Keurig, and all the linens and kitchen stuff you’d need.
So this is a garden entrance and they are very clear in their introduction. The owners live in the main level of this house, so you will hear real live people above you. The space is clean, generous, and well-equipped. The bed was comfy, the linens so fluffy, and the extra touch they provide made this perfect for our stay. At the edge of the University of Vermont campus, there are some nice walkways and scenic views. I would strongly recommend Mark & Robin's listing and thank them for being so thoughtful.

Mark and Robin were very open and friendly. Their place was very clean and comfortable. We had privacy, but if we needed anything, they provided it. We would definitely stay there again😊

Many activities locally accessible including golf, bike path, fishing, sailing and water sports during summer. Winter- downhill skiing 30min away, XC skiing, hiking, skating. Within 2 miles - Church St pedestrian mall, centrally located to a diverse food culture in Burlington, Flynn Theater & Performing Arts, weekly farmer's market and other malls. University of VT and UVM sports complex just across the street from your stay. UVM Medical Center, Lake Champlain, Spirit of Ethan Allen dinner cruise, green spaces and playgrounds, along with dog parks. Again easily accessible to many towns via Interstate-89 approximately a half mile from your stay along with airport being 2.7 miles away.
Bike Path, Uber, Lyft, local taxis, 0.5 miles to bus stop. No street parking, but rental includes 2-off street parking spaces.
