Just a Kotch B&B is a great place to relax. Hillside location with lovely view, quiet and safe suburban neighborhood, cool breeze. Apt. is clean and tidy, with pleasant tropical decor. Monique is a great host, friendly communications, fastest responses of any I've experienced on AirBnB. Arranged airport transfers were a great help. And, last but not least, an excellent value. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.
