Great accommodation, exactly as described. Easy access to transport into the centre of Manchester. Quiet at night so good sleep had. Brand new dog bed provided for my pooch which was a lovely touch. William was a great host, checked I was in OK and checked I had enjoyed my stay. I will definitely go back!

William offered to pick us up from the bus stop as the walk was about 15/20 minutes to the property.When we arrived was an enormous snacks and drinks hamper waiting for us. Which had fresh fruit, chocolates, crisps, water and alcohol and also a 2 pint of milk and fresh apple juice in the fridge. The house it’s self smelt amazing and was lovely and clean and had absolutely everything you needed for a family. Decor was beautiful and modern.cinema room was a fantastic bonus for kids. William kept in regular contact to make sure we had everything and things were going ok. William asked if anything we could think of that we may need and he will provide it, Dog bowl were provided, coffee machine and lots of condiments.Two whole shelves of cereal that catered for children and adults another fab touch. washing machine provided with the softener and detergent, so we were able to wash our clothes before leaving.House lovely and warm, beds very comfortable,bathroom had all the essentials. FAB!
