Nous avons séjourné dans le logement de Anna Rita pendant 4 jours. Idéalement situé, nous avons pu arpenter la ville à pied. Bien que très central, il est dans une rue calme. Anna Rita est très réactive dans les échanges et nous a accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Elle a été très à l’écoute et serviable. Le logement est spacieux, très propre, bien équipé, avec une bonne literie. Anna Rita a des attentions ( thé, café, boissons, confitures… ) qui rendent son accueil encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Merci Anna Rita

Our family of five had a delightful stay at this charming property in Rome! From the moment we walked in, the place impressed us with its cleanliness and adorable design. The master bedroom provided a comfortable haven for us parents, while the kids enjoyed their sofa beds. The location was great. It’s on a quiet street, yet just a few minutes away from the Spanish Steps, at a walking distance from numerous restaurants, stores and city center highlights. Our host, Anna Rita, was professional and very helpful. She was communicative and responsive, ensuring our visit was smooth and comfortable. Her support and the information she provided were valuable during our stay. We are grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this property to any family looking for a central and convenient stay in Rome.

Anna was very helpul and reached the place quickly for check-in (my documents weren't going through to her or she could have sent me instructions regading the keys; probably my phone connection). She showed us the whole place and was clear with her instructions about entry and exit from the building. She also let us keep our luggage for few hours after check out as our flight was delayed. Having 2 bathrooms was a blessing! One full sized bathroom and one smaller, both brightly lit and clean. Water pressure and tempearature were great. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Only issue was noise from construction on a floor above (only after 8am); not a big issue. Location is close to Trevi and Spanish steps, both within a 10min walk. There are restaurants and mini markets within 2min walk. The street felt safe during the day and night (even though you may feel apprehensive if you arrive the first time in the night).

Anna is an exceptional host! She is kind, knowledgeable, super responsive and so very helpful. The place looks exactly like the photos, was super clean and comfortable. It’s walking distance to so many things and a quick Uber to many others. If we get back to Rome someday, we will definitely stay again!
