Gorgeous house with heaps of character, tastefully modernised with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything extremely well presented, including unexpected welcome pack of goodies (thank you, Paul!) Wonderful private, enclosed garden with space to sit in the sun. We didn't use the BBQ or Oomi pizza oven but fab to have the option. Just managed to get all 6 of us seated in lounge chairs in one room, but larger groups may struggle to all watch TV together, for instance. Sky TV simple to operate. We took our own speaker, so didn't experiment with playing our own music through the TV. (No other speaker options provided) Free WiFi access, which was good, but TV didn't seem to be connected to that,although we didn't try to hard as we got our own speaker of course. Overall, a great place to stay and we all felt we'd recommend it and return if the opportunity arose⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paul’s house is beautiful, roomy, spacious, tastefully decorated and benefits from a beautiful garden. The property is well located and very well equipped. We stayed for a family weekend and it was perfect for us. Would love to stay again, highly recommend.

A good welcome from the host on arrival. Very helpful also in quick response when we could not locate the hair dryer which might be better placed upstairs. Lovely house and garden. Beautifully decorated. Useful welcome pack. Excellent location. A very enjoyable stay. Have already recommended the property to friends
