Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located accommodation amidst the very exciting neighbourhood of El Carmen. Right next to the famous Torres de Quart. My home stands out by its new renovated look and the unbeatable location which includes a spacious room, private bathroom, equipped kitchen and modern amenities such as fast WiFi and AC. This is the perfect place to relax and recover from exploring the beautiful & history rich neighbourhoods, just a step out of the front door! My newly renovated home stands out through it's modern stylish atmosphere. Our cozy living room, the historic Spanish floor mosaics, your private room and a private bathroom are some of the highlights. The bedroom is very comfortable and will be perfect for a relaxing night after exploring the city. We welcome you to use the kitchen/living room for breakfast, lunch, dinner or glass of wine at night, as long as you leave it as you found it. The Kitchen is equipped with all necessary things you will need. The bathroom is very clean and comes with a nice and modern shower. It is not ensuite but is private. You are welcome to use the washing machine. A hanger for drying the clothes will be at your disposal.

Logement fidèle à la description mais il manque la précision que la salle de bain privé n’est pas dans la chambre et qu’il faut traverser les communs pour y accéder. Elle est située proche du salon et elle ne ferme pas à clé de l’extérieur. L’appartement est situé au dessus d’un bar ce qui rend la chambre bruyante. Il ne faut pas que voir le sommeil léger. Les draps avaient l’odeur du linge qui sèche dans la maison. Sinon le logement est bien situé et il est suffisant pour dormir quand on est en vadrouille la journée. L’hôte est réactif par message.

A beautiful apartment in a walking distance to all interesting tourists' sites in Old Town. The place feels like home. The owner easy to communicate with and really helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great place, convenience location near with center. The only few things… the “private bathroom” is not in the room (as I’ve thought is it’s from description), it’s in common area. The other things that there is no parking nearby…only for residents, so we have to park our car 20 min away from apartment. Generally, apartment were nice and bright For short stay is perfect option! Also Natalia shared with useful guide with restaurants and places to visit
