We would like to express our frustrations. The space was quite dirty, long hair in the bathtub, hairs on the bedroom pillows, no fitted sheet, dirty floors with dog prints and hair everywhere, urine or vomit splashed on the outside of the toilet, toothpaste on the mirror, the ac was soooo loud and rattled, there were no amenities, we had to search for the 2 small towels, there was no access to wifi and host never responded to my request or concerns, the mattress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable, etc. We requested a refund. Absolutely NOT worth nearly $300 charged for a night.

We liked the space and the area. I had to reach out for the code day of, and again upon arrival for more help as there wasn’t any instructions provided. Outdated key/lock system. Arrived to it unlocked, right next to a busy road and area.. not a very safe feeling when you’re staying somewhere by yourself. With some effort put into making this space more comfortable, including literally any instructions or guidance provided, working WiFi, having any extra blankets available, more than one spoon and cup out, etc.. This could be a great airbnb. For the price, you would hope for a better experience. High prices for a mediocre hotel-like experience.
