Our stay was great, very centrally located apartment it was clean and had everything needed for our stay. It is worth noting the roof terrace is shared with the other apartments, although we did not necessarily see others up there. It would have been nice to have some sun beds or more comfortable seating up there. Also note the double bedroom fronts the street and there is a restaurant immediately opposite that plays loud music, this is ok if you keep the windows closed.
TL;DR: Considering the price we paid, especially before peak season, the deal is okay. ~~~ - The company managing the property operates at a very basic level. They are extremely responsive before the sale, but this changes once the booking is confirmed—but it's okay. - Communication tends to be vague, so it's wise to verify the responses you receive—but it's okay. - The kitchenware provided is quite basic, likely because no one has actually used it to cook before—but it's okay. - The shared rooftop, which is the selling point, turns out to be less accessible than expected, and there's a risk of being locked out—but it's okay. - The apartment itself doesn't offer a significant view... but it's okay - The bedroom faces a restaurant; it's not excessively loud, but you can definitely hear people talking—and it's okay. - The street lights are very bright, so you might find yourself needing to close the blinds and wake in the dark—but it's okay.
