Umar's place is excellent. We needed a house for a few weeks while getting work done to repair a leak in our roof in our own home. The location was perfect, close to transit, walkable, good restaurants, easy commute downtown. The house itself is in great shape, quiet and nicely decorated, did not feel crowded with the four of us there for several weeks, and has a nice backyard. Umar was very responsive when there was a problem with the Wifi when we checked in. We had to extend due to delays and Umar was able to make that work. We got a personal tour at check in. The only challenges are small adaptations. The driveway is onto a busy street, requiring patience when backing out. The ceiling is a bit low in part of the basement (I'm 6'3" though). The washing machine took a minute to figure out (press the door firmly closed while pushing start.) I would recommend the home for any family needing a place to stay in Toronto. It was 100% perfect for ours.

Lovely new furniture and appliances. It’s an older house so it can get a little warm on some floors and chilly on others. The street is busy, but the neighborhood is nice and walkable. There are a few bits that could be tweaked m, but overall we had a lovely stay.

This is very clean and pleasant house. The host is very professional, responsive and attentive. The host approaches his service as in a five star hotel. All consumables are generously provided and all appliances are premium. Highly recommend this property! Great location!
