What a beautiful home. The space fit all (23) of us very well and even had room for more. The home has a really fun layout and has so much to offer. It had plenty of room for us to play family bonding games and we were able to enjoy the weekend very comfortably. The listing said the pool would be open and pictures showed nice outdoor furniture with a fire pit but the pool wasn’t opened yet and the furniture/pit were not there when we got there. There was an outdoor fireplace that we used which was perfect for s’mores making. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side so we didn’t get to enjoy the grounds until the last day. The heat broke during our stay BUT Travis was super responsive and had his handyman fix the issue within 20 minutes and we’re really grateful for his QUICK help! I HIGHLY recommend this place for large groups and places with this many bedrooms are hard to find. My family all loved the home and we hope it’s available next year for our second annual retreat!

This place was ideal for our large group that mostly wanted quality time together. We all liked that the spacious communal space was separated from the sleeping areas. I'm not sure what the future plans are for this space, but it is way more bizarre than what you can see in pictures. It's a bit like the Winchester Mystery House with side rooms, stairs to nowhere, twisty hallways. It definitely needs some maintenance in a few unimportant areas, like toilet paper holders and shower rods that fall off the wall, that sort of thing.

Travis’s space was perfect for our meditation retreat. Large home with two big rooms where people could be able to commune with one another. The home is a work in progress. It is clean and comfortable, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to revisit in the fall for our next retreat. Thank you again

This sprawling home worked well for my ten-person group. We came to the space for a writing retreat and had plenty of room to spread out. The house dates from the 1920s, but has been added onto over the years, so it definitely has a strange layout. The common areas are lovely and spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is quite nice and has a restaurant stove, a fancy new refrigerator, and a great layout and design. The bedrooms are almost all quite small, with minimal decorations and furnishings, and many of them are either far from a bathroom or have to share a bathroom with lots of other bedrooms. It wasn't a huge issue, but it's worth being aware of if you are coming with a big group and planning on spending a lot of time in the house. I know that Travis recently purchased the property, and will probably be making a lot of changes and improvements to it. He was a great host and was very responsive to my many questions!
