We love the peacefulness of Townsend, and the convenience to Cades Cove and the Tremont trails. This spacious condo is not only super convenient to the park entrance but is also serene and quiet with a great river view. View is almost an understatement, as the porch is practically right over it. Very close to restaurants and stores but also quiet. Even the insulation keeps the noise of other units imperceptible. And the condo is super clean and has more than everything you will need. Loved it, and will be back!

Place was awesome. Everything was decorated nicely and very well stocked. But can’t beat the view from this place. So beautiful and relaxing. Great place to get away but still close to everything.

We loved our stay at Meredith’s condo! It was super clean and had everything we needed for our family of four! The location was absolutely perfect…within walking distance of restaurants and coffee. We were minutes from Smokey Mountain National Park which was super convenient for hiking and exploring Cade’s Cove. Our favorite part about the property was opening up the sliding door and listening to the sounds of the river!

Meredith Place was Wonderful we felt like we were right at home !! The River is so Peaceful and beautiful! The Condo itself is Beautiful inside just like the Picture!! If I could give 10 Stars she’s got it!!! Thanks again Sowell Family 2024😘

Fabulous place in a fabulous location! We loved the peaceful setting and enjoyed listening to the river. Kitchen was very well stocked. Living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms were exactly like the pics!!! We even meet the owners and Jody is the creator of the lovely paintings in Hook, Wine, and Sinker. Will definitely stay here again!
