First Floor: Bedroom 1 - With a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, TV and door to a fabulous balcony with a bistro table and chairs, great for your morning coffee. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Bedroom 3 - With two single beds, bedside cabinet, TV and storage space. The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above. Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March): Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
