(Permit: 231143) This spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more. Relax in the backyard with a firepit, hot tub, outdoor shower, and BBQ. Best of all, the beach is just a couple minutes away! Perfect for families and friends seeking a coastal getaway. - Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests - 3 Bedrooms - Cal King, King, Queen, & Full sized beds (Queen + Full is a bunk bed). The primary bedroom & bunk room have standing desks and office chairs. Each bedroom has a tower fan. - 2.5 bathrooms - There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. This is a popular neighborhood due to it's proximity to the beach, so street parking can be hard to come by. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard with hot tub, outdoor shower, fit pit & bbq Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Two-Six Beach is just a short walk away. Please beware that this beach is tide dependent and can be dangerous during high tide. You can also check out Moran Lake Beach and Corcoran Beach! -The driveway is tight and will best fit 2 small cars, larger vehicles will have to find nearby street parking!

This house was exactly what our family needed to make a wonderful vacation! It felt like we were the first ones to use the place! Everything was new and pristine. Every detail was thought of and the home was well stocked. The beds were SO comfortable and the location is super close to the beach! Just a short walk. Also, I was so impressed with the landscaping. Truly beautiful!

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
