Great location and clean apartment. The design and aesthetic is a little gaudy in the building but the unit was fine. There is a background check that has to be done and several follow up questions. The onsite valet parking is a little slow and looks very rundown even though there are many nice cars there.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. I had one minor hiccup with the check in process, but the hosts were very proactive and helpful in getting that resolved. The location is phenomenal- super walkable and convenient to both downtown and OTR locales. The unit itself is also remarkable! If I lived in Cincinnati it would be the kind of apartment I would want! The building is full of great amenities and we really enjoyed using them. The pool was our favorite, as it made it you feel like you'd escaped the city whilst looking directly at it! We also want to shout out Shaun at the Urban Market- he was such a a great guy and help.Lastly, the hosts were fantastic! They responded quickly and were extremely helpful! I have already recommended this unit to all my friends in Cincinnati who may be in need of a staycation! Thank you, Coze....for EVERYTHING! We will absolutely be back! ❤️
Coze's place is in a beautiful historic building, with lots of amenities in the building, including a small grocery store and wineshop, a rooftop restaurant, and a rooftop pool. Its location is amazing, right in downtown with walking access to conference venues, restaurants, nightlife, and the very cool Over the Rhine neighborhood. The apartment is a comfortable two story loft with full kitchen, two bathrooms, and lots of amenities to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. Coze is very friendly, proactive, and prompt in communicating, I appreciated the great service he provided, I'll be sure to look for this place next time I'm in Cincinnati!
I truly love the place it was very peaceful I got lost trying to find the room lol it clean and I found it amazing the company I work for Bosch they actually had they washer and dryer insides I will book this place again
