A gathering of friends from CA & SC to celebrate our spring wedding. Accommodations were wonderful for our group of four couples. Each had their own space and capability to make their breakfast or snacks. Gathering space in the backyard, on two decks as well as a large space inside. Nicely appointed living and sleeping space with hotel like amenities. Dedicated parking spaces. Walkable to great restaurants and points of interest. Host was readily available and responsive to all questions throughout the several month planning process as well as during our entire stay. I cannot recommend highly enough the host or accommodations. We cannot wait for our next opportunity to stay here at the Neat Suites.

The host was wonderful! I contacted him a couple times during our stay and he was always quick to respond. The location is great and is a very short walk to coffee shops, bars, etc. We did have issues with the locks, but that was resolved within 20 minutes of arriving so no big deal!

Great location - easy to walk to restaurants/bars and only a mile walk across the bridge to Cincinnati. Rented all 4 apartments for my family and gave everyone their own space; however nice common spaces to gather - outside or apartment #4. The parking across the street was a bonus.
