We stayed in Room 4. What we liked: Fair price, comfy bed, locks on doors, access to kitchen, cool drop down projector to watch TV, access to streaming, responsive host when breaker blew. What could be better: Clean the cobwebs from the window AC unit, clean the projector (it's awful), someone smoking pot Saturday night so it smelled, neighbors made it a bit uncomfortable when they congregated in the street and at one point right behind our rental car and actually touching it (we parked further down the street the rest of the time), though a great bed kept hitting my toe on the base sticking out, would be nice to pad that. I messaged the host and asked if we could use washer/dryer and did not receive a response. Overall a good value for the price. It is an old house and we did have to walk up 3 sets of stairs to get to our floor. Wished there was more of a description and more pictures in the original posting. But overall the stay was good.

VERY responsive host! Checked in with me to see if there was anything I needed once I got there. The house was beautiful and the room I stayed in was amazing!! Would definitely book again if I was in the area!
