3 bad rooms & 1 bathroom along with living, dining, kitchen and balcony. We have driveway (free parking) & also, easy street parking This house near by university of Buffalo south campus area. Also from the house Niagara Falls is 25 min. Airport 16-18 minutes. Very nice & safe area. This is 3 bad rooms 1 bathroom 1400 SF unit along with the balcony. It is upper unit (2nd floor).

The house is nice and big. I booked the house was the late time. but I still got the responded rapidly and nicely.

just be careful if you have young children as the stairs are steep.
A quiet community with great food around. it is exactly 25 mins to niagra falls and the drive there is beautiful. this is 100 percent worth it. the place was clean and newly renovated. Had everything we need and the beds were wonderful. The host was kind and quick to respond. I highly recommend the place.
Super nice place and nice bedrooms. He’s super nice and helped us out right away when we struggled to open the main door and fixed it for us on the spot. Definitely recommend
