Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this modern unit, just 2minute to Cal Anderson Park and 10 minutes away from Pike Place Market and The Space Needle. ✨✨This cozy apartment is having a unique design and although the unit is located right in the middle of the city, you will feel like home away from home right at the moment you walk into our cozy beautiful home. Although located right in Capitol Hill neighborhoods, but it's tuck away from all nightlife bars/clubs and the busy street. This place is quiet enough for you to come back to after a long day of exploring the city. Our apartment features 2 windows with tons of natural light, upscale appliances, and wood floors putting you in the lap of luxury. Our sofa can be turn into the bed and accommodate comfortably two people in the living room with a 4k 55" TV with access to lots of free streaming services. Bedroom is equipped with comfortable foam mattress just for you to enjoy and relax after a long day. The kitchen has modern granite countertops and a lot of cooking basics and utensils for making meals at home. ☀️☀️By all means, please do not miss our gorgeous view on the rooftop !!! Don't feel like going out? There are tables, chairs and a barbecue and even fire pit to hangout with your loved one. ‼️‼️NO CAR NEEDED!! Featuring a Walk Score of 99, the building is a walker's paradise and is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment in Capitol Hill. So if you not going to plan to drive outside of the city, staying at this location, you can absolutely walk to everything!! The light link rail only 5-10 mins walk to take you to all directions of downtown. Lace up your walking shoes because this area is considered a walker’s paradise. ‼️ Although the unit is tuck away from all nightlife bars/clubs and the busy street. We’re located in Heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood so you might hear city noise slightly. White noise machine provided‼️

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The apartment is located at a prime location - it has lots of great restaurants and bars nearby and is really close to the light rail so it was very convenient to get around. The apartment itself is really clean and had everything we needed and more. The host, Ginny, was super responsive and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Definitely would stay here again :) Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle!
The space is cozy and welcoming. The host provides clear instructions to make your stay comfortable. It is in a great location and walkable to many great bars and restaurants. We loved our weekend getaway here and would recommend this place to others in the future.

With a 99 Walk Score and a quick look at a map is all you need to realize that Capitol Hill is the geographic center of Seattle, with the most diverse and best-rated restaurants, coffee shops, and bars around. A block away is the Central Co-op Grocery Store for local, organic & sustainable food plus a juice and coffee bar. Walk to Porchlight for coffee, Bakery Nouveau for pastries, Spinasse for dinner, Molly Moon's for ice cream, Belmont for drinks, and Volunteer Park to relax.
Be aware if you're planning to have a car, same as the other places in busy city and downtown, street parking is limited. If you prefer walking and explore Capitol Hill area, car might not needed. However, we are near several bus lines, and only 2 blocks away ( 5-10 minute walk ) from a light-rail station which you can take from the airport, then just walk to the apartment. In addition, the light rail can take you up to the U district, or the other direction to downtown or to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park.
There's a paid street parking around the apartment for 2 hour max. It's free from 10PM-8AM and on Sunday. There are some unrestricted area on 13th Ave between E Olive and E Howell.
There are also many paid parking lot with affordable rate. The closest ones are: 1710 11th Ave , 1601 13th Ave, 1110 E Pine St, 1532 113th Ave.
For weekend parking, the best parking option is at Harvard Parking Garage at Harvard and Pine St as they have cheap rate.
