Driving around LBI is super easy and there is plenty of parking at almost every restaurant and business. There is also an LBI shuttle which is reasonably priced that can take you all over the island. Uber is generally available as well.
Pro Tip - riding bikes on the island is one of the easiest ways to get around and it allows you to really enjoy the atmosphere and general Jersey Shore Vibes. There is a bike rental store a few blocks away that can get you set up for your stay.
