We booked a last minute stay with my husband and 18 month old son. We had an amazing vacation. The location simply cannot be beat! Going to the beach with a toddler is exhausting with the amount you have to carry back and forth. The proximity to the beach and amenities like towels beach chairs and umbrellas really made our trip enjoyable and as relaxing as possible. Loved the view of the beach from the dining room window in the morning

Despite some bad luck with the weather we had a great stay at John’s place. Everything was as advertised and John was exceptionally communicative, especially regarding check-in and check-out. We were even able to stay a little later and enjoy one last dip in the ocean. I like to be able to walk to shops and restaurants, so the location leaves a little bit to be desired there (most of the restaurants seem to be in Ship Bottom or Beach Haven), but as far as beach access it can’t be beat.

Jack and Seton were incredible hosts and their place is spotless. They provided everything for us! Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels.. I mean everything. The bathroom was recently renovated and it’s just beautiful. We will be back!

Great location to gorgeous LBI beach- loved being so close to the beach and have the ability to walk home for meals, breaks from Sun. Good location to food end of street .

Great place, great location. Would love to return next time we are in town! Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Welcome basket was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach home. Hope to see you again soon!
