Very clean, and comfortable cottage in a quiet area by the park. Easy to communicate with the hosts. Short drive to downtown Burlington. I’d definitely stay there again!

I booked the Pink Cottage on last minute trip to photograph the total eclipse in Burlington. Apparently I was the very first person to stay in the cottage. The morning after check-in in I discovered there was a leak under the kitchen sink. I notified Rolf immediately and he showed up personally within 15 minutes. We discovered that the hot water shut off valve under the sink was leaking, but only when the hot water was turned on. He notified a plumber and they fixed the problem the next morning. Also, there were some things the cottage could use as far as simple improvements such as coat hangers and a towel ring near the bathroom sink, I gave this feedback to Rolf as well. Except for the leak, none of these items were problems from my end but more ways the cottage could be improved for future renters. The location was great, quite, nearby restaurants, grocery, gas, park and yet only a short drive or bike to downtown Burlington.
