**Welcome to Our Cabin!** **Accommodations and Sleeping Arrangements** ************PLEASE READ********* Our cabin is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people, with two guests per bed. However, if you bring 2 sleeping bags, it can easily sleep 6. You'll find one bed in a private bedroom and the other in one of the lofts (as shown in the photos). We appreciate your attention to this detail. Thank you! **Welcome to Our Unique Cabin!** **Rules and Guidelines for a Fantastic Stay** **Wildlife and Property Care** - Kindly refrain from chasing, yelling, or using bright lights/lasers around wildlife. Let's keep our environment peaceful and undisturbed. Please avoid littering to maintain the beauty of our surroundings (and out of common courtesy). - The Ranchito is not liable for any accidents involving wildlife or natural elements. Please be responsible for your safety and belongings. **Vehicle and Property Maintenance** - A cleaning fee will be charged for vehicle leaks on the driveway. **Cabin Features and Amenities** - NO WIFI but you can use your hotspot with the smart TV. - Our cabin provides a comfortable stay without luxury amenities. No shampoo or coffee is provided; however, you'll find essentials nearby at HEB. - Respectful behavior is expected during quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. **House Rules and Policies** - Max 2 cars allowed for parking. - No smoking, pets, or parties are permitted. - Additional guests will incur a fee ($35 per additional guest) - Late checkout may result in extra charges. - Proper trash disposal is required to avoid additional cleaning fees. - Please inform us of any damages during your stay. **Enjoy Your Stay!** We aim to provide a peaceful retreat for our guests. We had a FABULOUS time at this sweet little cabin which we booked to view the full solar eclipse in April of 2024. It was a perfect find for us. The place is small, as you can see in the photos, but that was ok for us since we were spending most of our time outside. There are beautiful grounds to explore on site and April is the perfect time of year to catch sight of field upon field of wildflowers. Being from the Pacific Northwest, we were also very enamored with the different landscape and many new species of birds. As for the house itself, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the neighbors were quiet. We slept well! The hosts went the extra mile to be friendly to our group, bringing us chairs to sit in, taking group pictures, and suggesting walking paths. It was a wholesome, welcoming place where we felt very comfortable. Thank you Todd and Claudia! 5 stars!
