This charming home has a two-story layout, please refer to our floorplan in our photos. Our home has a private living room located on the first floor, two newly renovated kitchens (one on each floor), 3 private bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, & a charming front porch. You will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us. EAT Our dining table is located in the center of the house and seats 6-8 guests. You can enjoy cooking in our newly renovated kitchen with brand NEW stainless appliances, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. We have well equipped our kitchen for all of your culinary needs. We are also within a short walking distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. SLEEP This charming home has 3 bedrooms with 7 beds memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom located on the first floor offers a king bed, the dining room offer a queen day bed with twin trundle underneath. Upstairs, bedroom three offers a queen bed& bedroom four offers a queen bed and twin day bed with twin trundle. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The three bedrooms will share the two full bathrooms, upstairs the bathroom is located in the hall while our first floor bathroom is located in the primary suite. OVERALL REVIEW This craftsman style house has been fully renovated as a furnished duplex in a safe and quiet section of downtown Frankfort. The entire house is tastefully decorated, roomy and comfortable, allowing a cozy flow within the rooms. There is plenty of room throughout the house room for a pack n play/portable crib as well. In addition, the kitchens upstairs and downstairs are fully functional and perfect for preparing meals. Parking is free and conveniently located directly in front of the house along the street. It is perfect for a multifamily vacation, giving each family member a space of their own and plenty of room to spread out.
