Everything was great during my stay. I even needed an iron at the last minute & they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me. Extremely clean & well kept home with good amenities.

The house itself is fantastic. It’s modern and spacious. There were LOTS of stairs and they are tall stairs. If you have old knees like me, be aware. Our stay was great and the hosts responded to questions quickly. We had events planned downtown and loved that it was easy to get back and forth. Now for the things that were not as good - We arrived after dark and the neighborhood looked sketchy. There was a broken down van in the yard next door and an odd truck parked in front of the house. There is what looks like a junk yard next door, from looking out of the window upstairs. During the day, it all looked fine and we felt totally safe, it was just the arrival. Also, I was in the front bedroom and heard traffic noise very clearly. There is also a train we heard through the night. I got earplugs and the second night was great. Lastly, for checkout we were asked to strip beds and take out garbage, but that wasn’t in the listing. I have back pain, so bending to do that was not great.

This house was absolutely beautiful. My family and I enjoyed every second of our stay at this place. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful artwork louisville has to offer, this place felt like home away from home. When my wife and I could finally pry our kids out of the hot tub we could walk to any number of fantastic local restaurants. Plus, it sits only 2/3 blocks away from Logan Street Market, which is a must if staying in the area. As if that wasn't enough, Kim and Joe checked on us consistently and gave us great recommendations for our family to enjoy. The only downside of the whole stay was having to leave. We'll definitely be back and we can't thank them enough for being a part of our vacation.
