We were very happy with our stay! Very clean and welcoming. We overslept because the beds were so comfortable! They have really done a great job creating the different themes of the cabins. Highly recommend staying here!
What a fun place to stay ~ loved the rustic Western Suites themed room in the General Store!! Every Airbnb owner should strive to make a stay one to remember like Bev’s place. Y’all drop in and stay awhile! You’ll be glad you did 🤠
Bev and her husband were so helpful and responsive! My husband and I were driving in on a horrible, rainy night and her husband was there to personally take us to our room! He showed us around and gave us the keys to our Sherlock Holmes themed room, which was adorable!
Bev and her husband were awesome. They even let me tour some of their other themed rooms. I excited to come and stay again. I have stayed in about 300 Airbnb's and these were just so well thought out, a favorite stay for sure. Quaint, cozy and a blast from the past. I would highly recommend. Thanks, Bev, and give Annie Oakley (sweet dog) an extra puppy snuggle for me 🐾

This Suite is located in a replica of an 1880s old west town known as "The Mountain" as part of the world-famous First Monday Trade Days Flea Market. During "Trade Days" you can enjoy shopping in all the boutique-style shops steps away until 10 PM. Also, within walking distance, there is evening entertainment and food. **SCROLL through photos for the Trade Dates each month.**
For your own personal retreat, come stay with us during the quiet time of the month when the Trade Days are over. Explore all the many lakes and trails within Van Zandt County. **See all 19 suites: scroll down & click "Hosted by Bev" photo. Have your friends and family book at the same time and create your own retreat!**
Our 19 guest suites are located within a community of shops that are open during First Monday Trade Days once per month and other individually owned and separately operated guest lodging. It is a quiet area close to everything, hidden away among the trees.
Feel free to hike and walk the Old Mill Marketplace Property. During the non-Trade Days of the famous First Mondays, you may park directly across from your suite's door. During the Trade Days, we have golf carts to escort you from the main parking lot to your suite as “The Mountain” becomes pedestrian-friendly. Downtown restaurants and shopping are only 1/2 mile away.

My husband Tim and I have retired from the Seattle area. We love to stay engaged with people and create things. At the beginning of 2021, we purchased a few buildings to renovate into awesome BnBs near the Canton, TX First Monday Trade Days. We chose to transform all 19 guest suites into a small Western Frontier town.
