My girlfriend and I stayed at Nikolaos' place for 6 days in Athens. The flat is in a great location, just a short walk to Omnoia square, at which you can catch the metro, and c. 20 minutes from the Acropolis and Syntagma square. The flat was clean when we arrived, Nikolaos was a responsive host, and despite our being delayed by a metro strike Nikolaos was flexible with the check-in ensuring that we could check-in as soon as we arrived. Nikolaos also gave us recommendations on places to visit, was always friendly, and made us feel like welcome guests. The flat is exactly as described, and the amenities are all that one needs (including 24hr hot water for the shower, for example). The bed was comfortable, and there is a large wardrobe in which to store clothes and other bits and pieces. The kitchen has everything you need, a small dining room and table, and a balcony. I would highly recommend staying with Nikolaos. This flat is great value for central Athens, and we had a great time!
