Nice room in a great area. Apartment is cleaned every day, bath rooms were clean, all guests quiet and respectful.

Pros: Nice location, good value. Hosts were pretty good at communicating. Cons: Bed cover was stained and dirty, not a super clean vibe in the room over all. Check in was a little convoluted, asked us to meet someone not on the host list at a cafe. Also couldn't check in until 5, which is late for most places, and then they delayed our check in until 5:30 Worth the visit to see Barcelona on a budget if you're not picky

The host is very professional with the service they provide. They were very helpful and friendly. The flat has a few rooms and it can get noisy sometimes but that's to be expected.
