Police has been called by neighborhood watch to breakup any party or event. Our neighbors and community are very important to us and also very sensitive to this. We want you to enjoy the home but no events or parties of any sort are permitted. This helps keep the home beautiful and clean! HOUSE RULES: • No shoes inside the property • No Smoking of ANY KIND inside the house • Designated smoking area on the street • No illegal substance allowed on the premise • No unregistered guest(s) at any time • No unplugging of electronics • No Pets allowed • No disturbing neighbors • No loud noise past 10pm We reserve the right to keep full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken. Please make prior arrangements with host if certain house rules need to be exempt. Additional Information: • Tandem parking is available on the driveway to accommodate up to 2 vehicles. • You may park in our driveway but please do not block neighbors' driveways. Permit is not needed for overnight parking on the street. • Please note that, on every Friday, there is no street parking from 12pm to 5pm on 1 side of the street, and 7am to 12pm on another side of street, due to street sweeping. Please park accordingly to avoid tickets. • There are dummy security camera for safety, and they are not functioning.
