I flew in from Seattle to Kansas City at midnight t come stay for the weekend to visit my girlfriend who is staying in Missouri for the summer we decided to give David’s place a shot and we are so happy that we did!!! David’s place was absolutely perfect for us!!! It was very clean, cozy and just a perfect get away to spend time with your significant other. David was very nice and always responded very fast even at 3 am when we checked in he woke up just to answer our questions. He truly is a amazing host the views of the river are amazing the bed is comfortable and there is so much to do from fishing to having a fire at night or BBQ out side we will definitely be back thank you so much David for making our weekend amazing :)

David was amazing, and so was our stay! David kept in contact from the morning of check-in all the way up to check-out. The cabin itself is beautifuly peaceful with an amazing view! Stocked with just about everything you could need, we will most definitely be back to enjoy some time in the water when it warms up!

This updated residence is flooded with natural light because of the many windows, yet the space was warm and cozy. There’s space to stretch, relax, land slow down both inside and outside. Enjoy the options to barbecue and sway in the hammock alongside the river. If you stay on a Saturday, ask David to direct you to the farmer’s market. David was responsive and friendly and knows a great deal about the history of the area! We will return!

What a lovely little place! It was perfect for a weekend away. I read a book in the lounge chair while my boyfriend fished. We enjoyed a beautiful evening under the stars by the firepit. The cabin was great as well. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed all the windows with the amazing view of the river. We will definitely be back!
