Really nice little place. The stairs were a little challenging for having very young children, but the place was very clean, organized, and cute. We got in at midnight and only stayed about 8 hours, so it was a little frustrating paying the one-time $80 fee. Other than that, very pleased with the place and would consider staying again if we had a longer stay in St. Louis.

Stayed at Joe’s for a weekend get away it was in a great location . Kitchen had plenty of dishes. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay again .

Absolutely will try to stay at Joe’s place again. We were in for a doctor’s appointment. It’s very close to some great restaurants (highly recommend Sultan Mediterranean restaurant), lots of coffee shops and breakfast places fairly close. Extremely convenient if you are visiting BJH/WashU campus. Very peaceful neighborhood. The home was clean, had anything you may need, and lots of extra thought in helpful little things (3 head plug to charge accessories by the bed). Everything was clean and nice. Comfy beds and furniture. Overall wonderful stay, thanks Joe!

Joe and his place were great! Easy to find, easy to get in, and lots of helpful amenities and instructions provided. We would stay here again.

This was the second stay at Joe’s, and it was as great as the first. He’s great at communication, and goes above and beyond to make the stay even better.
